Yes — gluten free is the default at McFlamingo, not a substitution you have to ask for. The menu is built that way from the start, so you are not choosing between a gluten free option and the good option.

Yes. Alongside seafood and chicken, there are vegan dishes on the menu — house hummus plates, roasted and charred vegetables, salads, and rice bowls. They were designed as dishes rather than as something with the protein removed.

Most of the menu is mostly sugar free — we do not lean on added sugar in sauces and dressings the way a lot of kitchens do. Sweetness usually comes from the produce itself, like mango, blueberries, or sweet potato.

Yes. Order from the menu on this site and checkout runs through our point-of-sale ordering. Ordering ahead is the fastest path, since nothing is pre-made and the kitchen starts your food when the ticket prints.

Yes — you can reserve a table on our reservations page. Walk-ins are welcome too; reservations mostly help with larger parties and busier evenings.

Yes. Catering comes off the same kitchen and the same menu, gluten free across the board, which means one order works for a mixed group instead of a separate special order for whoever cannot have wheat. Submit the catering form with your date, headcount, and any dietary notes.

Everything is cooked when you order it, so expect a real cook time rather than instant handoff. If you need food at a specific minute, tell us the time when you order and we will build to it.

Tell us when you order. The whole menu is already gluten free, and we can note allergies on the ticket so the kitchen sees them. For a serious allergy, call the restaurant so you can talk it through with the people cooking.

The yogurt bar is McFlamingo x Backyard Buffalo — build-your-own bowls with Backyard Buffalo chakka as the base, plus fruit, nuts, seeds, and toppings. You can build a bowl on the yogurt bar page for pickup or dine-in.

Yes — there is parking directly in front of the plaza on A1A North, so pickup is a short walk from the car to Suite 12 and back.
