Data Deletion

McFlamingo collects only the minimum personal information needed to operate the restaurant's website, ordering, and Instagram integration. You can request deletion of any personal information we hold about you at any time.
How to request deletion
- Email erik@mcflamingo.com from the address associated with your inquiry, order, or reservation.
- Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
- Include the email, name, or Instagram handle you'd like removed so we can locate any records.
We will confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days, except where we are required to retain records by law (e.g. tax or order history).
Instagram & Meta data
The McFlamingo website displays content from our own Instagram business account through Meta's official APIs. We do not store personal data about Instagram users who interact with our public posts. If you would like content involving you removed from our Instagram account, email us using the steps above and we will respond promptly.
