Refund & Return Policy
We cook everything to order with fresh ingredients. Because prepared food and beverages are perishable and cannot be resold, all sales are final.
Food and beverages
All food and beverage sales are final. We do not accept returns of prepared food or drinks, and we do not issue refunds, except where required by law.
If something is wrong with your order
We want you to enjoy your meal. If an item is missing, incorrect, or not up to our standard, contact us the same day and we will remake the item or issue a credit at our discretion. Please keep your receipt and, if possible, the item in question.
Cancellations and pickup
Online and pickup orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before we begin preparing them. Once preparation has started, the order cannot be cancelled. Orders not picked up are not refundable.
Catering
Catering orders may be cancelled or reduced up to 48 hours before the scheduled service for a full refund of any deposit. Within 48 hours, deposits are non-refundable because ingredients have already been purchased and prepped.
Bottle Club memberships
Memberships can be cancelled at any time and will not renew after the current period. Fees already paid for the current period, and bottles already claimed, are non-refundable.
