We are not a restaurant that serves Ponte Vedra Beach from somewhere else. Our kitchen is here, on A1A North, in the same plaza our regulars walk to. Everything is cooked to order, which is why you will wait a few minutes for a salmon salad instead of finding it sitting under a lamp.
That matters in this town. Ponte Vedra eats a lot of lunch out — between the offices along A1A, the schools, and the golf and tennis crowd, most of our day is people who need a real meal in a short window. So the menu leans on things that travel well and hold up: salads with structure, hummus plates, chicken and broccoli over jasmine rice, smash burgers that go in a bag and stay good.
