This Oregon Pinot Noir (often from Willamette Valley Vineyards) features whole-cluster fermentation for added spice and structure. Aromas include dried dark cherries, cinnamon, cranberry, wild strawberries, rose petals, and subtle earth or cedar. On the palate, it's light- to medium-bodied with fresh acidity, juicy cherry and berry fruit, hints of leather, tobacco, orange peel, and integrated tannins. Bright, layered, and food-friendly—great slightly chilled.
